ORDER NOTICE

Our minimum order quatity(MOQ) of each item : 5pcs
MOQ of earrings is 12 pairs
For rings, not all the size will still have in stock, then usally we will send you in mixed size, like buying 4pcs, we will try to send you in mixed 2--4 size; if 15pcs then will send in 5 size each 3pcs, and so on.

Please contact us by Email if the total amount over 600USD in case failed payment

 

What is the level discount of the total amount?
1: US$ 500 -- US$ 999 == 2% ;
2: US$ 1000 -- US$ 2999 == 3% ;
3: US$ 3000 -- US$ 4999 == 5% ;
4: US$ 5000 -- US$ 6999 == 6% ;
5: US$ 7000 -- US$ 9999 == 8% ;
6: US$ 10000 or more, E-mail us for more detailed quotation.

 

What happens when you order?
We will send you an e-mail confirming your order within 24 hours of placement of the order.(except the weekens and holidays)

 

When you receive your order will depend upon:
your order payment clearing;  
delivery time or stock availability: whether we have your product in stock (in your size);
the delivery method that you selected.

 

Payment Clearing: 
Credit cards: All credit cards must be approved before shipment (ie. your credit card issuing bank approving your purchase). We will contact you if there are any problems.

 

Stock availability: If your order is approved and we have your product in stock (in your size) we will ship the product to you within a few days using your chosen delivery method.
If we do not have your product in stock (in your size) we will arrange to manufacture it for you and e-mail you to let you know the manufacture time.

 

Specific Required Dates: If you would like your product by a specified date please include that date in the 'comments' section of the order form. (eg. wedding date or birthday date). If you require your order by a specified date we suggest you place your order as early as possible to ensure that you allow for any manufacture time that may be needed.

We will contact you when we ship your order to you with the estimated number of days that delivery will take (together with the courier tracking number if your selected courier delivery).
